Paid plans are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Free plans have feature limits that may change over time.

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload (photos, documents, item data). You grant OwnRecord a license to store and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Data Export

You can export all your data at any time through the Backup & Restore feature. If our service is discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days notice and a final export opportunity.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but make no guarantees. The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for data loss; please keep your own backups.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnRecord is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Insurance Disclaimer

OwnRecord is a tool to help you organize inventory for insurance purposes. We are not an insurance company, and nothing in our service constitutes insurance advice. Claim documents generated by OwnRecord are based on data you provide and should be verified before submission. Consult your insurance provider for specific coverage questions.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OwnRecord operates.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
